I listen, strengthen what works and switch off what holds you back.
For businesses that want more than a pretty front: more revenue, a better atmosphere, clear workflows. I make no promises, but I can show you examples.
where do you stand?
Not all of my references are shown here. Some businesses I don’t show for data protection reasons.
Your food is good. Now guests just need to know about it and come in.
what I do behind the scenes
- How the place looks from outside, on the street and online
- A website in your guests’ languages
- Direct booking instead of portals, your own table reservations
- WhatsApp and phone, so no enquiry gets left lying
- Winning guests: parties for companies and clubs, local press, sponsoring
- Bar, kitchen and housekeeping working in the same system
example
Hotel with restaurant, East WestphaliaModel calculation for this house: around €23,000 a year in commission to booking portals. Every direct booking keeps part of that in the house. Plus a website in five languages, own table reservations, letters to companies and clubs.
in the offer stage · name to followOut front, cars are sold and cleaned. Behind the scenes, every minute has to count.
what I do behind the scenes
- Website in several languages with its own contact form
- Winning new customers: a separate page for women, car care like a beauty appointment, with flyers in beauty salons
- Detailing: ordered, done, hours, recorded on the phone. The invoice is right.
- Forms: handover report with damage sketch, detailing record
- Fixed reply rules: every enquiry answered within 24 hours
- Email signatures, vehicle icons, flyers, onboarding for new staff
example
M&F Car Sales and DetailingClarholz. I work here myself, as head of administration & organisation. Website in German, English and Spanish, plus the beauty page.

what I do behind the scenes
- Before-and-after pictures of your projects
- Construction fence banner with a QR code to the enquiry, so the site advertises too
- Job planning: if the goods arrive late, you see it at once
- Website online since October, light or in petrol. Enquiries with up to eight photos. Farbdesign m² coming soon.

Planning for service and installation: if the van is parked at the fitter’s home, the route starts there. First to the supplier, then to the customer. If the goods are late, the job turns red.prototype

what I do behind the scenes
- Listings pulled automatically from your estate agent software
- Facebook, Instagram and Google profile kept up to date
- Reviews that show what you deliver

More retailers, more brands, more trade fairs, and still keeping the overview.Trade fair tool: which customer is still missing an appointment for which brand?
what I do behind the scenes
- Catalogues and price lists sent to each retailer at the push of a button
- A manufacturer’s flyer becomes a finished promotion text
- Customer service chat that understands four languages
- Textile distribution B2B, Switzerland

Many brands, many retailers, several trade fairs a year. The trade fair tool and catalogue mailing are in use, the chat is a prototype.See what it looks like →

liveThe things nobody likes doing, largely do themselves.
what I do behind the scenes
- Receipts by email, scan or phone photo straight into the filing
- Personal data is blacked out before any AI sees anything
- Forms, contracts, price lists, signatures, onboarding folders
- Digital workflows instead of Excel and scraps of paper
example
Clarholzer Bürogemeinschaft (shared office)Here too I am head of administration & organisation. The in-house receipt filing runs here and at M&F.
liveWhat else I build.
You out front with the customer. Me behind the scenes.
Most owners know exactly what matters. What’s missing day to day is time, and a clear head at the right moment. I take over the part behind the scenes.
It all belongs together. A website alone doesn’t fill a room, a booking system alone saves nothing if nobody uses it. Everyone is part of it: the person behind the bar as much as housekeeping, the office as much as the workshop, and your customers too.
| before | after | |
|---|---|---|
| Excel lists and scraps of paper | → | Clear, digital workflows |
| No website, or an old one | → | A site you’re happy to show |
| Instagram set up, but silent | → | Social media that is looked after |
| Hardly any reviews | → | Customers who leave reviews |
What I build stays yours.
What runs every day in two businesses, I build for yours too.
I’m Kaan Atila. As a service provider I run the administration of businesses, every day and with full responsibility, as head of administration & organisation at M&F and the Clarholzer Bürogemeinschaft. That’s where I learned what matters in websites, communication and the back office.
I’m based in Herzebrock-Clarholz, Germany, and I come to you. My businesses are spread between the district of Gütersloh, the Ruhr area and Switzerland.
The impossible takes me one more day. Miracles are not my department.
How I work. I work with AI, as naturally as a carpenter with his machine. With several AI assistants I discuss ideas, have things proofread and build faster than I could alone. The ideas, the decisions and the responsibility stay with me. Your data stays protected: anything personal is blacked out before an AI sees it.
